Roznik shared this 'poem' with me the other day. It is about 'the life of a priest'? I thought it was funny.....a sad story but funny in its own way.
************************************************************************************
(Disclaimer: I'm not trying to troll - just for good fun as I had some time to kill and this somewhat reflects my experience.)
An Ode to Priests
There was an undead who just wanted to be priest,
For dealing out damage he could care in the least.
Helping out teammates was more to his taste,
So in selecting this class he did so with great haste.
The first part of his life was dedicated to the grind,
To become a level 60 healer that would blow your mind.
He didn’t go shadow because he wanted to heal,
His need for nurturing and caring was utmost and real.
So he looked at the talent trees and decided to go holy,
He didn’t know at the time this was his greatest folley,
He didn’t say anything when outlevelled by dps friends,
For in the end his healing power would make amends.
But eventually they were sixty and he was still thirty,
Having to play with their alts would make him feel dirty.
In their raid runs his friends made too much gold to count,
Meanwhile the priest was trying to pay for his mount.
Finally he hit sixty – he could roll with his crew!
But too bad for him, though, they’re already in tier 2.
“Surely”, he thought, “they could use heals from me!
My class is the best healer – and I’m specced holy tree!”
“I’m wearing plus healing gear as you surely can tell,
I can heal over time, buff and even cast a lightwell!
I’ve got an AOE if you need a bit of area damage,
But I’ll quickly be oom from a triple spammage.”
“I took spirit of redemption for times when I pass,
If I can target someone on time I may even cast!
You must not overlook improved death in a BG,
It gives rogues a chance to /spit after they two-shot me.”
After he got some gear his friends took him on raids,
Too bad for our priest this is when his dream fades.
‘Twas the first time he healed with a druid and a shaman,
Excited was he that they had a healing job in common.
He would show these two classes how healing is done,
At long last his long journey would be worthwhile and fun.
When a teammate lost health he’d queue up an efficient spell,
But his target was full health for the shammy is fast as hell.
The boss was still up with more than half of his life,
Our poor priest was oom and was in great strife.
Thankfully for the raid the druid was there to save the day,
He used innervate and his mana went up all the way.
Afterwards our priest was confronted by the raid leader,
Who couldn’t believe the priest was last on the healing meter.
“OMFG,” said the leader, “but we don’t need you, you noob!
Next to our druid and our shammy, you heal like a boob!”
And so our priest decided to go back to the battleground,
Surely horde will be happy that there’s healing around.
The BG just started and a red arrow appeared over his head,
Over the next three seconds he was silenced – then dead.
No matter where he was – in a bush, or on a roof or hill,
The enemy headed straight for him sensing an easy kill.
Facing three opponents he then psychic screamed,
But they immediately trinketed and our priest got creamed.
On the other side of the field, healing was done by a pally,
My teammates headed straight for him - they did not dally.
I was sure he’d die quick – such must be a healer’s fate,
But little did I know that paladin’s could wear plate.
The first of us that reached the pally was met with a stun,
He was still stunned when he died, my goodness, what fun!
We finally thought we had him ‘til out popped a bubble,
More of us died from the pally’s allies and we were in trouble.
If you read this far – thanks, and there’s a moral to this story,
Please heed my advice ‘cause if you don’t, you’ll be sorry.
If you want to be a good healer please don’t roll a priest,
Because among healing classes, we are surely the least.

Attunement to Molen Core Solo (mostly for Druids and Rogues)
I saw this posted on some forums and I thought I could share it with my friends. I recently got attuned to Molten Core and we took this shortcut too. Of course, we were not stealth, but I guess those sneaky rogues or druids can benefit from this too. ;)
********************************************************************************
Figured I'd write up a little guide on how to solo this quest as a stealther.
Prerequisites:
1 Shadowforge Key. http://www.thottbot.com/=2966 // http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=11000
1 Greater Fire Protection Potion http://www.thottbot.com/?i=5390 // http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=13457
1 Swim Speed Potion http://www.thottbot.com/?i=5645 // http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=6372
1 Azure Silk Belt http://www.thottbot.com/?i=4137 // http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=7052
NOTE: You may not need any of these, but they will certainly make the task much much easier.
Process:
Part One:
- Enter the Blackrock depths.
- Go left as you enter. Open the gate. http://www.homle.com/leon/guide/1.jpg
- Proceed to your right. Open the gate. http://www.homle.com/leon/guide/2.jpg
- Head inside, and look to your left. Open the door. http://www.homle.com/leon/guide/3.jpg
- Unlock the Shadowforge Lock. http://www.homle.com/leon/guide/4.jpg
- Head to the Grim Guzzler. http://www.homle.com/leon/guide/5.jpg
- Open the back door. (See "How to open the Grim Guzzler door" below)
- Go left, through the door which leads to Ambassador Flamelash. http://www.homle.com/leon/guide/6.jpg
- Stealth behind Flamelash, to the northernmost corner.
Part Two: (the tricky part)
You will see a little island in the lava off this ledge. This is your target. It is inhabited by four Fire Elementals, all with fire aura that can unstealth you, so be careful not to get too close. http://www.homle.com/leon/guide/7.jpg
There are also some fire elementals below the lava surface, to the left side, usually. You might aggro these when you jump. Try to position yourself in the middle, rather than left against the wall. This will also mean there's less of a chance of hitting the lava floor surface, which would mean a fall damage of around 1400 for a rogue, probably more for a druid. You don't want that added to the fire damage. After a few tries, you learn where you need to land, so trial and failure works fine here
- Drink your potion of Fire Protection.
- Put on your belt.
If you are a druid:
- Use Regrowth and Rejuvination.
- Drink your Swim Speed Potion
- Jump into the lava, swim towards the island. If the fire protection potion wears off, be
prepared to recast your fastest healing spells.
- Go catform, stealth.
- Go to the other side of the island.
- Dash and jump to the ledge.
If you are a rogue:
- Drink your Swim Speed Potion
- Use sprint. Jump as far as you can.
- Jump like crazy, try to be in the lava as little as you can.
- Stealth at the ledge of the island.
- Make it to the far-end of the island.
- Jump over to the ledge, vanish if you pull adds.
- Stealth across the bridge above you.
- Look to your left.
- Loot the Core Fragment http://www.thottbot.com/?i=35574 // http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=18412
Part Three:
- Celebrate. You just soloed Attunement to the Core.
Addendum:
How to open the Grim Guzzler door:
There are three ways of opening the Grim Guzzler door.
- Pickpocket Plugger Spazzring for the key.
- Do Mistress Nagmara's quest. If you've already done it, talk to her to open the door again.
- Buy four Dark Iron Ale Mug from Plugger Spazzring and give them to Private Rocknot. This
will make the golem bash the door down.
Keep in mind, only through Nagmara can you open the door without making the bar go aggro, so be on your toes with stealthing.
Can you do this if you're not a Rogue or a Druid?:
Yes.
You need about 3 Invisibility Potions http://www.thottbot.com/?i=14217 // http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=9172, though, to get past the ugly parts. You should be able to figure out where you'll need them through trial and failure - I've never done it, but I have priest friends who have. I wrote up a proposed tactic for hunters - It should be on page two of this thread. Where are these people in the bar?!:
Plugger Spazzrig - http://www.homle.com/leon/guide/Plugger.jpg
Mistress Nagmara - http://www.homle.com/leon/guide/Nagmara.jpg
Private Rocknot - http://www.homle.com/leon/guide/Rocknot.jpg
I still can't do it! Are there any other tips you could give?:As mentioned in this thread below,
Using a Parachute Cloak http://www.thottbot.com/?i=9240 // http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=10518, or a Olaf's All Purpose Shield (horde only?) http://www.thottbot.com/?i=16453 // http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=9404,you should be able to featherfall almost all the way down to the island, making it impossible to be killed by the lava if you have the potions also suggested.

What add-ons do you recommend?
I currently use fubar and bongos, but I don't like the look of my interface.
I am hoping that my friend Roznik from US -Aerie Peak server can share and post her screenshots and a list of add-ons she is using.
I need an addon that will sort my bags and convert all my bags in one big bag.
If you come across to this blog and would like to share your interface look please feel free to do so.
